Warranty Policy

Our leather products, including belts, keychains, and leather accessories, are covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects, including stitching issues, leather tearing (under normal use), and hardware failure.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage due to personal use, misuse, or negligence (e.g., cuts, scratches, burns).
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water, direct sunlight, chemicals).
• General wear and tear, including stretching, softening of leather, or natural aging.
• Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.

Our metal products, including keychains, buckles, and other metal accessories, are made from high-quality stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty. This warranty ensures that your stainless steel items will be free from any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in stainless steel components, such as hardware, structural issues, or weld failures under normal use.
• Defects in the finish, including premature tarnishing (under normal conditions).

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by personal use, accidental damage, or improper care (e.g., dents, deep scratches, or breaks due to impact or mishandling).
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or improper cleaning products that could affect the stainless steel finish.
• Cosmetic changes over time, such as minor surface scratches or patina that naturally develop with wear.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs done by unauthorized third parties.

EFFARI disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of our products. Our warranties are limited to the terms specified above and do not extend to personal injury or property damage arising from improper us
